Can I get a refund for my event ticket or other products (e.g., boat trips, dinners, activities)?
Unfortunately, all sales for event tickets and additional products such as boat trips, dinners, and activities are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your event ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. Simply contact our support team at info@athensnomadfest.com, and we will assist you with the transfer process.

Can I use my ticket for next year’s Athens Nomad Fest?
Absolutely! If you can't attend this year, you can roll over your ticket to next year's Athens Nomad Fest. However, if the ticket price for the next event is higher, you will be required to pay the difference in price. 

To maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, discrimination, aggression, or any actions that disrupt the experience for others. If someone is found to be violating our code of conduct, they may be removed from the event immediately without a refund. By purchasing a ticket, all participants agree to adhere to our community guidelines and respect the shared space.
